When I began working at Summers & Zim's in 1997 the Air Conditioning Contractors of America named them "Quality Contractor of the Year." In a short time I knew why they received such an award. The professionalism of the employees and their warm, helpful way made me realize how fortunate I was to be part of the "team."

Working with the sales team, I enjoy speaking with our customers and educating them on the benefits of air duct cleaning. Since my grandchildren have allergies, especially to dust mites, I have a special interest in indoor air quality.

I enjoy helping customers understand and know the importance of air duct cleaning and air filtration systems for their home. Summers & Zim's takes pride in their air duct cleaning service which includes state-of-the-art "Hepa-Air Method" and the use of a sophisticated video camera to ensure the inside of your duct system is thoroughly cleaned.

After each job is complete, I follow up with a telephone call to our customer and continually hear comments that our technicians were very neat, cordial, and professional.
