In 1995, Summers & Zim's made the decision to expand their services to the customer by opening their own sheet metal fabrication facility.

This allowed for quicker response time on retro-fit systems and also to take on more complex projects where custom ductwork is imperative!

Now, Summers & Zim's has over 20 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and over 40 years experience in duct installations. We are prepared to handle any residential situation from 200 year-old existing homes to all styles of new construction. Summers & Zim's can also handle those industrial and commercial projects for both existing and new buildings!
